Scheduling and location
When and where we meet
Choose whatever fits your schedule. You can also mix the two, like in-person sessions most weeks and an online session the night before an exam.
Online
Live video sessions from wherever you study, with a shared screen for worked problems and drawn-out mechanisms.
In person near the L
Anywhere along a CTA ’L’ line: a library, a campus study space or a café near your stop.
In person by car
For places I need to drive to, a small added fee covers gas. Tell me where you are and I’ll let you know the amount up front.
Weekdays and weekends
I’m flexible with hours, so we can find session times that work best for your schedule, whether that’s between classes, in the evening or on a Sunday before an exam.
About me
I meet students where they are.
I hold a PhD in Immunology from the MD Anderson UTHealth Houston Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and I’ve spent the last five years tutoring college students through tough-to-tackle science courses.
My goal is real understanding, not memorized steps. We work from whatever you already know, fill the gaps, and practice until the material holds up on an exam. I genuinely enjoy watching things click.
